How are your products chosen?
We have spent a number of months researching the best independent brands from across the UK & Europe to feature in our debut collection. Many of our products come from family run businesses, and many from fellow parents who on having their own little person saw a gap in the market to create something new.
Being a mum myself I wanted to include items that were both gorgeous and practical, and would in many cases have a shelf life beyond those early few months to provide lasting value to both you and your little one.
How will my items arrive?
We aim to include your order in one package, shipping from our base in London within one working day of you placing your order.
We offer free standard delivery provided via Royal Mail Second Class Service, which takes approximately three working days to arrive.
Where do you ship to?
Currently we only ship within the UK, however we are happy to see if we can help with any order you would like to place for further afield. Just drop us a line at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll see what we can do.
Do you offer a gifting service?
Absolutely. If you would like us to include a handwritten note in your order and remove all pricing information from the package please drop us an email at email@example.com within 1 hour of placing your order.
Simply state the message you would like us to include, along with the name & address of the registered recipient and we’ll make sure your gifts are gorgeously boxed up and ready to put a smile on both little and big faces.
Can I return a product?
While we hope you will love our products if you do experience a problem with your order please refer to our Delivery & Returns policy and we will do our best to resolve any problems asap.
Can I sell through your store?
We are always interested in hearing from new brands that compliment our range. If your brand is designed and manufactured in the UK or Europe please get in touch at firstname.lastname@example.org.
