Supply and delivery
We aim to dispatch all orders within one working day of your order being accepted should that order be received prior to 3pm.
You will be notified via email when your product has been dispatched. Please note we are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched.
For UK orders, we offer standard delivery provided via Royal Mail Second Class Service, which takes approximately three working days.
Delivery times should be used as an estimated guide and begin from the date of dispatch. Panda Bear Baby Company cannot be held responsible for any delays in delivery once your order has been handed over to Royal Mail.
Delivery Terms and Conditions
Please ensure that you supply your full name and correct delivery address (including postal code and country of destination). Panda Bear Baby Company is not liable for orders that do not arrive at their destination due to incorrect delivery information being provided through the order form.
Please note, any orders for Wildfire products will also require a working phone number to complete the order and ensure prompt delivery.
In the unlikely event of your order not arriving at its destination in spite of correct delivery information being provided at checkout (within 10 days for UK deliveries) please contact us in writing at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note there is a 14 day cooling down period (from date of postage) before we will take action on lost or missing parcels sent by standard Royal Mail delivery.
We want you to be happy with everything you buy from Panda Bear Baby Company. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14 day returns policy where you can return unused item(s) (excluding items purchased at sale price), provided it is in the condition you received it in, in its original packaging with tags still attached.
You as the customer are responsible for the payment of postage/shipping for returns. Panda Bear Baby Company will not pay the return postage of any unwanted items unless they are faulty. Should you receive a faulty item we will arrange repayment of postage costs once the goods have been returned by you the customer and received by Panda Bear Baby Company.
Please note we do not accept returns on items bought in sale periods unless there is a manufacturer’s fault with the item. This does not affect your consumer rights.
How to return your item
Should you wish to return an item, please follow the instructions below:
- Email email@example.com within 14 days of receiving your order to request a Returns Authorisation Number. Please quote your full name, your order number, and explain the reason why you wish to return your item(s). If the item is faulty, please provide full details and an image.
- You will be sent a Returns Authorisation Number by return of email. Please note this down on a piece of paper and include inside the package with your return. Please include all packaging you received with the item (including but not limited to tissue paper, bubble wrap).
- Post your item to the address we provide within 14 days of receiving your Returns Authorisation Number.
Please send your return using a secure and trackable method, for example Royal Mail Recorded delivery. Please ask for and keep proof of postage. Posting is your responsibility and if the package is lost we will be unable to refund you for the item.
You will receive an email confirming that we have received your return and that you have been credited. All refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the item(s) and credited back using your original form of payment. This will exclude any shipping costs (with the exception of faulty items if applicable).
A Returns Authorisation number should be requested within 14 days of receiving your order. You should then return your item(s) within 14 days of receiving this number. Returns outside these timeframes cannot be accepted.
Unfortunately we cannot offer exchanges. If you would like to buy another product, we can process a refund for your original item and you can place a new order.
Receiving a refund
All refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the item(s) and credited back using your original form of payment. This will exclude any shipping costs (with the exception of faulty items if applicable).
Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged. Please note that damaged items as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.
Please contact us through the method outlined above within 14 days of receiving your order if your item has been delivered in a faulty state. Queries placed outside of this timeframe may not qualify for a refund. We may ask you to send a photograph of the damage.
If we do receive notification within this timeframe, we will process an exchange for any faulty item received and if we have no replacement stock, you will receive a full refund.
If we require the faulty item to be returned, we will liaise with you to arrange shipment and reimburse you for any postage costs incurred.
Wildfire Branded Products
Wildfire products (teepees, blankets, sleeping bags, cot sheets, playmats and storage bags) will be dispatched directly from the UK based manufacturer.
Products will be dispatched within 48 hours of your order being confirmed. Please allow 3 – 5 working days for delivery.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your Wildfire product you have 14 days from receiving your package to cancel the order. Exchange and refunds must be conducted within 14 days of delivery, after this they will refuse the right to accept a refund or exchange.
We advise that you package your return carefully, that you use a registered service for the return and that you retain your proof of posting should an item go missing. Wildfire are not responsible for items that do not reach them and are not obliged to provide a refund should an item not arrive. Original postage costs are non refundable and return postage is the customers' responsibility.
